Tasks and Responsibilities

    To undertake research and development on management and administration.
    To suggest improvement and innovative ideas on management and administration of Civil Service.
    To monitor implementation of management and development of Civil Service's management and administration.
    To advice Ministries and Departments in performing tasks in relation to management and administration.
    To inspect and assert the findings upon Ministry's and Government Department's internal management and
      administration, as well as to suggest improvements.
    To provide assistance and training through in-house consultants on management and administration.
    To handle complaints on public service delivery.
    To act as Commonwealth Association for Public Administration and Management (CAPAM) and
      ASEAN Conference on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM) Coordinator.
